  1. Why is my transfer fee higher with my foreign card?
  2. Our service provider sets the amount to charge depending on if the card is local or foreign. We have to account for this when you pay for your services.

  3. Why is my transfer fee different for each transaction?
  4. We calculate your transfer fee based on the total amount you have to pay for your services.

  5. My app keeps on showing `No businesses available`.
  6. This means that there are no Corna businesses around you. However, you can search for any Corna business.

  7. Can I book services for my friends?
  8. This functionality does not currently exist, but we hope to add it soon!




Businesses

  1. What kind of services can I register on Corna?
  2. You can register services that can be scheduled and performed within your business open hours. Examples of this could tutoring, spa treatments, walking dogs, etc.

  3. Why does my invoice show an amount less than the price I set for my service?
  4. Corna charges 3% - 5% service charge based on the plan you are on.
